"Full Info" mode

new "full-info" mode: face-down cards are drawn face-up but tinted + stack tooltips list all cards (face-up or down). 30% penalty on the victory reward. With no randomness, hopefully it will play more puzzle-like
on touchscreens, you can now press the "i" button at the top of the screen and then tap on a stack to see its tooltip
"winnable only" penalty 50%->40%
penalty %s now multiply instead of adding, for a less drastic final effect. E.g. if you play with "winnable only", "full info" and "iron man", the resulting multiplier is 0.6 * 0.7 * 2 = 0.84
fix: graceful handling of video/GIF card sets with incorrectly sized thumbnail atlases (happens when you download from Discord using a web browser)
